Project Description

Challenge: Every new store had to be fully operational on opening day, with 7+ Windows-based cash tills, server systems and PDA devices, and sales data flowing accurately to headquarters.

What I did: Prepared project plans with local IT teams, verified hardware and system setups before each grand opening, monitored global sales data synchronization with SQL, and ran monthly progress meetings with IT teams around the world.

Result: Reliable store openings and consistent, accurate sales data across the international network.
