Project Description

Challenge: The company was moving into a building five times larger within four months and needed modern IT infrastructure almost from scratch, plus a reliable connection to its Hong Kong headquarters.

What I did: Analyzed the existing systems, designed a scalable architecture, migrated the network to fiber on an Avaya backbone, configured Juniper/Avaya firewalls with SSL VPN and IPsec site-to-site tunnels, set up high-speed fiber, radio-link backup and a dedicated Istanbul–Hong Kong fiber line, deployed LG iPECS IP telephony and upgraded 200+ computers to Windows 10.

Result: A secure, high-performance headquarters delivered on schedule.
