Project Description

Challenge: Bringing LC Waikiki’s online store to new countries, each with its own local requirements and integrations.

What I did: Worked with the e-commerce development team on lcw.com, supporting initial implementations and troubleshooting, and connected store, logistics and ERP systems (Navision, Axapta, 1C) to headquarters.

Result: E-commerce operations launched in Georgia, Iraq, Kazakhstan and Ukraine.
