Project Description

Challenge: A 24/7 cargo airline moving to a new headquarters in Yenibosna could not afford downtime, and IT had to comply with ISO, ICAO, EASA and Turkish Civil Aviation Authority requirements.

What I did: Led the design and build of an ISO-compliant data center with IBM blade virtualization, IBM storage, Cisco networking, Siemens IP telephony and IP CCTV, and planned the full migration with a three-person team.

Result: The entire headquarters moved in a single day with zero disruption to operations.
