Project Description

Challenge: Customers adopting FortiClient EMS need endpoints enrolled, policies applied and security features working from day one, often across thousands of devices and mixed management tools.

What I do: As part of the Managed Services team, I help customers deploy EMS and FortiClient from the ground up, using Microsoft Intune, Group Policy and SCCM for rollout. I troubleshoot malware protection, SSL and IPsec VPN, ZTNA, vulnerability management, web filtering and log collection, and I escalate product bugs to the development team while keeping customers informed.

Result: Faster, cleaner onboarding for customers around the world and fewer repeat issues after go-live.
